Crypto Software Engineer at ALGOQUANT

The Role
As a Crypto Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the core infrastructure that powers AlgoQuant's operations. This involves developing cutting-edge systems that handle high-volume market data, support advanced AI models, and enable systematic trading.
- Build and maintain core trading, data, and AI infrastructure
- Develop shared libraries for feature engineering and backtesting
- Operate real-time and batch pipelines for high-volume market data
- Partner with Traders and Quants to deliver production-grade systems
What You’ll Work On
This role offers exposure to a modern and robust tech stack, focusing on scalable and efficient solutions for digital asset management.
- Distributed data processing (Spark, Ray, Slurm or similar)
- Lakehouse architecture (S3, Iceberg, Delta Lake or similar)
- Event-driven systems (NATS/Kafka, K8s, Airflow, Docker)
- ML workflows and model deployment (PyTorch, TensorFlow, inference frameworks)
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced software engineer with a strong background in high-performance computing and a passion for the crypto space.
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong Python skills (C#, C++ or Rust a strong plus)
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, OpenAI, or similar)
- Background in trading systems, market data, or high-throughput environments
