About the Role

The Associate Project Manager at AlgaeCal is an organizer of awesomeness. With at least 1-2 years of experience in project management, you will drive agile projects, manage Jira boards, and oversee projects from conception to launch, ensuring they are on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, budget and resource allocation.
  • Supervise project workflow using Jira and provide regular progress updates.
  • Conduct risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies, communicating with stakeholders and C-suite executives.
  • Optimize processes for continuous improvement in project delivery and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Create and manage Gantt charts to keep track of project schedules.
  • Ensure effective change management and compliance with industry standards.
