At AlgaeCal, you will serve as a Loyalty & Marketing Automation Specialist responsible for building email and multi-channel customer journeys that drive action, build loyalty, and impact the bottom line. You will handle everything from segmentation and scheduling to monitoring performance metrics to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy email campaigns using ESP platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, Pardot, or SFMC.
  • Create customer journeys across email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Ensure segmentation, tagging, and scheduling are perfectly executed.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as opens, clicks, and deliverability.
  • Manage content assets and ensure brand guidelines are met.
