About Alegria.group
Alegria.solutions, the B2B division of Alegria.group, is seeking an Account Manager to join a team of 15 experts passionate about AI and automation. We have already supported over 500 companies in their digital transformation (including L'Oréal, SNCF, Qonto, Blablacar…), deploying operational efficiency solutions based on generative AI and No-code technologies.
In a context of strong growth where demand for automation and AI is exploding, you will be a central technical pillar of our expansion. This position offers a real opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding sector (AI) within a fast-growing company (revenue x3 in 1 year), as part of a united and supportive team.
Main Missions
- 1. Client Account Management and Retention
- Take charge of clients after contract signing.
- Pilot client relationships: follow-up points, mission reviews.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction with delivered services.
- Identify weak signals and prevent churn risks.
- 2. Revenue Development (Upsell & Cross-sell)
- Identify and qualify additional sales opportunities within the client portfolio.
- Co-build commercial proposals with the Operations team.
- Negotiate and close additional sales.
- Be responsible for revenue growth and average client basket size.
- 3. Value Creation and Trust-Based Relationships
- Understand clients' business, organizational, and strategic challenges.
- Develop a long-term partnership relationship.
- Promote Alegria's expertise and offerings.
- Contribute to the production of client case studies and feedback.
- 4. Internal Coordination
- Ensure the proper execution of sold missions in close collaboration with the Operations team.
- Capitalize on client feedback to improve offers and processes.
- Ensure rigorous reporting in the CRM (opportunities, forecasts, client history).
Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success with a commercial focus, or B2B account development. Significant experience with ETI / major accounts. Demonstrated history of revenue development on an existing portfolio.
