Senior Vice President of Data & Infrastructure

As the Senior Vice President of Data & Infrastructure at Aledade, Inc., you will report directly to the CTO, Lalith Vadlamannati. This pivotal role demands exceptional technical leadership to drive high business impact across increasingly complex and ambiguous projects. You will lead by example, fostering a world-class remote engineering team based in the United States.

You will be responsible for overseeing an organization comprising 80-100 engineers. This team focuses on diverse aspects of data infrastructure, including ingestion, organization, prediction, measurement, and data exchanges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience building and leading highly complex, technical engineering teams.
  • 10+ years of production-level experience as an engineer, specifically in building highly scalable and reliable software.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver a multi-year vision and strategy with incremental quarterly deliverables, involving cross-functional efforts spanning multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in attracting, hiring, and coaching world-class engineers and managers.
  • Demonstrated experience in taking ownership of technology decisions while effectively delegating and empowering team members.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to align with product and organization objectives, and coordinate with cross-regional teams to deliver key results.
  • Experience managing an ML, Gen AI, SaaS, or data-focused platform.
  • Proficiency in communicating complex analysis and establishing confidence among diverse audiences who may not share your disciplinary background or training.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of health-tech systems, such as Electronic Health Records, Clinical data, etc.
  • AI Research: Experience in designing machine learning algorithms, model training, evaluation, and benchmarking, with examples of well-conceived and well-executed long-term machine learning bets.
