Overview
The Practice Support Analyst - Application Support role at Aledade offers technical assistance to Aledade App users, both internal and external. This role involves frontline support via chat, ticket triage, and troubleshooting using predefined steps.
Primary Duties
- Assist users via chat to resolve technical issues.
- Triaging and following up on incomplete tickets.
- Troubleshoot issues related to App Access, Practice Location, Providers, Users, Patient Merges, Telehealth, etc.
- Execute project sub-tasks within the Practice Success workstream under supervision.
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years of experience troubleshooting application issues in healthcare.
- Basic competency with HL7 SIU/ADT, HIPAA X12 837, and CCDA.
- Experience navigating AWS S3 folders.
- Basic analytical thinking, problem solving and strong customer service skills.
- Team player with the ability to accept and implement constructive feedback.
- Associate Degree required.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Ability to read or run simple SQL statements.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged sitting, extensive use of computers and keyboards, with occasional walking and lifting.
