Overview

The Sr. Quality Assurance Associate at Aldrich Chemical Co.LLC supports the development, maintenance, and improvement of quality systems in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and global best practices.

Your Role

This role focuses on ensuring quality compliance for Kosher and Halal certified products, evaluating supplier raw material questionnaires (RMQs), collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting external audits.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain documentation for Kosher and Halal certified products.
• Liaise with Rabbi and Islamic Council of America for approvals.
• Evaluate supplier RMQs and ensure supplier compliance.
• Complete quality questionnaires as requested by customers.
• Assist in external audits (AIB, ISO, FDA, USDA, Halal, Kosher).
• Write and review documentation for compliance.
• Train on food safety programs including Halal and Kosher requirements.
• Conduct 21 CFR 117 food GMP audits regularly.

Who You Are

You should have a minimum of 3 years of Quality experience, preferably in life science or electronics, and a high school diploma or GED. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with knowledge of FDA QSR, ISO standards, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ERP systems. Exceptional communication, analytical, and time management skills are essential.
