Overview

The Operations Coordinator is a key member of the demand management team and supports the accurate and timely execution of wholesale customer orders for the Aldo / APS brands. This role is essential to ensure on-time deliveries and order accuracy, while providing clear visibility of issues and delays to internal teams. We are looking for a meticulous, organized, and curious individual who enjoys working with data, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage outgoing wholesale customer orders in SAP, from entry to delivery
  • Maintain an accurate order book and ensure visibility using SAP, BI tools, and Excel reports
  • Create and analyze Excel files using pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reconciliations
  • Manage client-specific delivery operational procedures (SOP) and compliance requirements
  • Monitor demand to support accurate production planning
  • Collaborate with distribution, logistics, and account management teams to minimize delays and ensure order accuracy
  • Provide first-class customer service by handling inquiries, issues, delays, and claims
  • Identify sales opportunities through operational and product support
  • Support team members through cross-training, documentation, and various related tasks

Requirements

  • Positive and proactive attitude, with a strong sense of curiosity and adaptability
  • Proficiency in French and English; the position involves international communications where English is the primary working language
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Very good command of Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions, and reports
  • Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Willingness to support the team beyond core responsibilities
  • Experience in customer service in a wholesale or supply chain environment (asset)
  • Experience with SAP or an ERP system (asset)
