About the Role
Join our mission to create a safer, healthier, and more productive workplace as a Work Health and Safety Coordinator within the Safety Department at ALDI Stores, based in Prestons. This full-time, 12-month fixed term contract role is integral to driving a positive safety culture across our Store and Warehouse Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on WHS matters by interpreting legislative requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and site visits.
- Develop Safe Work Procedures and maintain the WHS Management system.
- Build strong relationships through consultation, training, and development.
- Analyse and report on safety performance against WHS KPIs and targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Work Health and Safety in medium to large organisations.
- Strong understanding of WHS legislative requirements and best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation.
- Relevant WHS qualifications (minimum Certificate IV in WHS).
- Injury management experience is a plus or willingness to learn.

Remuneration
Transparent tiered salary range of $118,200 - $140,900 including Superannuation.
