About the Role

The Senior ServiceNow Developer at ALDI Magyarország will be responsible for development and configuration of ServiceNow, including workflows, integrations, and portals. You will troubleshoot software issues, fix bugs, and consult with internal teams on ServiceNow best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and portals
  • Troubleshoot software problems and resolve issues
  • Consult internal teams on ServiceNow functionality and best practices
  • Automate business processes and operational tasks
  • Review and approve code with regular status updates
  • Lead code reviews and quality assurance activities
  • Coordinate with external partners and mentor junior/medior developers
  • Support existing ServiceNow developments and manage patches/upgrades
  • Manage source code and ensure quality assurance

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • 3+ years as a Lead Developer/Architect or equivalent ServiceNow experience
  • Deep knowledge in software development (especially JavaScript)
  • Excellent English language and communication skills
  • Experience in Agile software development and design
  • Strong analytical capabilities

Highly Recommended

  • Experience in ServiceNow areas: ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HR, Integrations, Service Portal, Application Development
  • ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
  • Technical experience in client/server-side scripting, AngularJS, Flow Designer
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics
