In the role of Associate II Administrative Assistant supporting Research and Development, you will handle technical administrative tasks, support operations, and help improve efficiency by following established procedures and applying technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Edit, proof, format, and produce documents.
- Enter data, file or archive documents, and maintain rigorous quality control.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage diaries, arrange travel, and relay telephone messages.
- Handle confidential business and personnel information.
- Adhere to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Complete all required training to support compliance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
A High School Diploma or equivalent, fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication), and 3 years of relevant experience are required.
