Alchemy is on a mission to bring web3 to a billion people by empowering builders with the essential tools to create exceptional onchain products. As the only complete developer platform, Alchemy provides powerful APIs, SDKs, and tools vital for building and scaling onchain applications and rollups.

Our infrastructure supports 70% of leading web3 teams, over 90% of web2 companies transitioning to web3, and more than 100 million end-users. Our esteemed clientele includes top web3 brands like Polymarket, OpenSea, Circle, and WorldCoin, alongside major global players such as Shopify and Adobe.

The Alchemy team comprises individuals with decades of profound expertise in massively scalable infrastructure, AI, and blockchain, stemming from leadership roles at renowned companies and universities like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Stanford, and MIT.

We are proudly backed by the world's foremost VCs and institutions, including Lightspeed, Silver Lake, a16z, Coatue, Pantera, Addition, Stanford University, Coinbase, and Charles Schwab, among others.

About The Role

We are actively seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our founders. This role is a critical force multiplier, especially during this exciting and hyper-scaling phase for Alchemy. You will be an integral part of our close-knit team of 260, contributing to massive global scale (powering over $150 billion in transactions) as we embark on the most thrilling chapter of our journey.

This Executive Assistant position offers high exposure, with interactions involving our investors, advisors, executives, partners, and more. Your daily responsibilities will revolve around working intimately with the founders to manage all facets of their professional lives at Alchemy. The scope for responsibility and ownership is boundless, encompassing planning complex projects, designing and enhancing systems for optimized effectiveness, and expanding the breadth and depth of business relationships, offering infinite room for growth.

You will collaborate closely with the founders daily, enjoying significant ownership and creative freedom, while continually expanding your responsibilities. This role provides a firsthand view into the operations of a $10B company and a substantial opportunity to shape its future.

  • Manage the daily schedule, coordinate logistics for all internal and external meetings, proactively resolve conflicts, and prioritize based on executive needs.
  • Triage and prioritize requests from direct reports, investors, and the broader team, exercising strong judgment and discretion with highly confidential information.
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for speaking engagements, conferences, and special events, both onsite and offsite.
  • Work cross-functionally to facilitate clear, efficient communication between various teams.
  • Create, scale, and own processes for the executive office, demonstrating an organized approach to prioritize and coordinate multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Set best practices for the admin team as a mentor and leader, fostering efficient teamwork and partnering with other leaders on career and growth plans.
  • Handle diverse administrative tasks including ordering meals, planning business travel, processing expenses, and confirming meeting times, demonstrating foresight.
  • Possess the ability to 'think ahead' of needs, anticipating potential issues and resolving them independently or by assembling the appropriate team.
  • Quickly build trust and rapport with the executive team, capable of influencing and pushing back when necessary.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years directly supporting Executives.
  • Reside in New York City: We cultivate an in-person culture, requiring daily collaboration for effective teamwork.
  • Integrity: Absolute trust and integrity are paramount due to access to sensitive company and personal information.
  • Easy To Work With: Value a relaxed and friendly demeanor combined with intensity and a strong work ethic, thriving in a dynamic and evolving environment.
