Alchemy Technology Services, now part of NTT DATA, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Executive - Guidewire to drive revenue growth across the Guidewire market. This role is crucial for our international expansion across the UK & Ireland, Europe, and USA, strengthening our commercial engine and ensuring scalable sales execution.

Role Overview
As a Regional Sales Executive - Guidewire, you will play a senior commercial role, strategically supporting the Regional Sales Director. Your responsibilities will include expanding account coverage, nurturing executive relationships, and progressing sales opportunities from initial engagement to successful commercial close. You will act as a trusted advisor within the Guidewire ecosystem, championing Alchemy's people-led consulting model and driving pipeline growth across both existing and new client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director to prioritize strategic pursuits and enhance business development activities for Guidewire partnerships.
- Help execute a robust growth strategy aligned with Alchemy’s FY26 sales and revenue objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within target markets.
- Identify, pursue, and successfully close new client opportunities across insurers, MGAs, and brokers.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, and final close.
- Develop and nurture executive-level relationships with Guidewire, key alliance partners, and various technology ecosystems.
- Collaborate effectively with Alchemy’s delivery and client teams to ensure optimal capability positioning and successful project outcomes.
- Represent Alchemy at prominent industry events, conferences, and Guidewire user groups.
- Provide strategic commercial input into proposals, working in conjunction with Pre-Sales who leads the development process.
- Work in close alignment with Pre-Sales on opportunity qualification and solution positioning.
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
- Support the continuous refinement of Alchemy’s Guidewire proposition and go-to-market materials.
- Partner with marketing to shape impactful campaigns, case studies, and thought leadership content aligned with regional market trends.
- Contribute to internal enablement by sharing valuable market intelligence, competitor insights, and Guidewire roadmap updates.
Skills & Experience Required
- Extensive experience in sales, business development, or alliance management within the insurance technology or systems integration sector.
- Proven track record of success in selling Guidewire, equivalent P&C transformation solutions, or Specialty Insurance products.
- Strong capability in executive stakeholder management and consultative selling.
- Existing robust network within insurers, software vendors, and system integrators.
- Demonstrated experience in owning commercial negotiations and successfully closing deals.
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A collaborative, results-driven mindset with strong influencing ability at senior levels.
- Knowledge of the London Market and broader European insurance landscape is beneficial.
- For the European role, multilingual capability is highly preferred (German or French advantageous).
