Role Overview
The Risk & Information Security Associate Analyst will support the Chief Information Security Officer and Organizational Risk Manager in developing expertise in both information security and risk management. This role requires excellent organization, proactive working style, and the ability to work across time zones with occasional adjustments to ensure collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Information Security Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor effectiveness of security controls, report incidents, and maintain dashboards.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Assist in assessing operational, technology and third-party risks, and support internal audits and control testing.
- Additional Accountabilities: Enforce policies, support regulatory compliance, coordinate user access reviews, and serve as a point of contact for security queries.
Who You Are
You have 2-3 years professional experience, are detail-oriented, and can manage multiple workstreams. Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and discretion in handling confidential information are essential.
Technical & Analytical Aptitude
You have a basic understanding of information security principles and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and can interpret structured information for audits and reports.
Interpersonal & Cultural Fit
You are personable, confident, and curious, with a strong sense of ethics and accountability. You thrive in a diverse, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in risk management, compliance, or IT governance
- Exposure to security or operational risk audits

- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and related frameworks
