Main Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and business leaders as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct rigorous compensation analyses for offers, promotions, and adjustments.
- Lead compensation projects from analysis to actionable recommendations.
- Manage annual and quarterly compensation cycles ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends and benchmark compensation practices.
- Participate in survey submissions and support special projects including pay equity and incentive design.
Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for an analytical, self-driven professional with a BA/BS degree preferably in HR, Accounting, Finance or Business. A minimum of 3-5 years of compensation experience is required, along with expertise in compensation surveys, HR data systems (e.g. Oracle Cloud), advanced Excel, and data analysis.
