The Manager, Digital Product & Operations – Digital Experience leads the product management practice, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a strong focus on customer and business outcomes.
Working Environment
This role offers flexibility with a primarily remote setup, occasional office visits for planning sessions, team events, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop Digital Product Managers and Owners.
- Product Management: Define product visions, roadmaps, and success metrics.
- Operations: Drive product intake, planning, and portfolio management.
- Strategy Support: Enable digital product strategy with insights and quality control.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in digital product management or related roles.
- 3+ years in leadership of product management teams.
- Experience in cross-functional environments, preferably in regulated industries.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Mural, Figma, Monday.com, and Microsoft 365.
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or related field.
