This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry to join the Albany Med Health System. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment. We are seeking dedicated and skilled RNs to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to telemetry patients, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
