Associate Inside Sales Job Summary

We are looking for self-motivated, well-spoken individuals to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will develop and grow our channel partners and support our Regional Sales Managers across territories. Key qualities include strong business acumen, technical aptitude, relationship building, and the ability to hit revenue targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate meetings, trainings, demos, and opportunities with channel partners (20-30 outbound calls/day).
  • Respond to 20-40 emails per day.
  • Handle 5-15 inbound calls per day for quotes, product info, and customer service.
  • Achieve territory quota to drive revenue and growth objectives.
  • Stay updated on product and service changes.
  • Demonstrate product features via video conferencing.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Exceptional phone, email, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with business owners and internal/external customers.
  • Proven sales skills and target achievement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, changing environment.
