Your Mission as a Care Expert Belgium
You will be on the frontline to handle member requests via chat, email, and phone, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and prompt solutions. Your role includes:
- Responding to member inquiries with empathy and clarity.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Supporting projects to enhance tools and service quality.
- Growing your expertise in healthcare and insurance while mentoring new team members.
What We're Looking For
A strong candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, education, or communication roles.
- Bilingual English and Dutch skills.
- A passion for helping members and solving problems.
- Efficiency with technology and a knack for written communication.
- An empathetic mindset with entrepreneurial drive.
- Bonus: Familiarity with the Belgian healthcare system (training available if not).
