Your Mission
Lead prospects through their journey to becoming delighted Alan customers, partnering with decision-makers from HR executives to CEOs across Accounting, Banking & Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Insurance, Strategy & Management Consulting, Advertising, and Media companies with 30-300 employees: highly qualified workforces where top talent attraction is the key HR challenge.

- Full sales cycle: From prospection to closing
- Strategic relationships: Drive deals and manage key customer relationships
- Education & demos: Deliver inspiring product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process

Is it you we’re looking for?
You’ll be a great fit for the Business Services & Media Team at Alan if you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience managing the whole Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Prospection is a key part of the role;
- Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and an advanced level in English.
- Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills;
- Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems;
- Can influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building;
- Have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models;
- Have a great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team;
- Are eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1;
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.
