The Account Executive Business Services & Media Role

As an Account Executive Business Services & Media at Alan, your central mission will be to guide prospects through their journey to becoming enthusiastic Alan customers. You will partner directly with key decision-makers, ranging from HR executives to CEOs, within companies of 30-300 employees across specialized sectors like Accounting, Banking & Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Insurance, Strategy & Management Consulting, Advertising, and Media. These are workforces where attracting top talent is a critical HR challenge, making Alan's health partner solution highly relevant.

What You'll Own

  • Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process, from initial prospection to successful closing.
  • Strategic Relationships: Cultivate and drive key customer relationships and complex deals.
  • Education & Demos: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and adeptly guide stakeholders through the evaluation process.

Is This You?

You will be an excellent fit for the Business Services & Media Team at Alan if you:

  • Possess at least 3 years of experience managing the complete sales cycle, with prospecting being a crucial component.
  • Are fully proficient in French (C2 and above) and have an advanced level of English.
  • Demonstrate high organization skills coupled with exceptional follow-up capabilities.
  • Exhibit strong empathy and a genuine passion for understanding and resolving prospect problems.
  • Are skilled in influencing others through effective persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
  • Hold a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and excel in collaborating within a small team environment.
  • Are eager to learn rapidly and make a significant impact from day one.
  • Are based in, or willing to relocate to, Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz.
