Parts & Service Product Specialist
Morbark LLC located in Winn, Michigan is seeking a Parts & Service Product Specialist for its Sanford, Florida store. This role supports Morbark Dealers and Customers with service and parts orders and issues.

Essential Functions
- Support Dealers/Customers in solving Parts and Service issues with Morbark equipment.
- Resolve equipment and order issues.
- Provide expertise on product features, benefits, and performance.
- Assist Customer Support Call Center efforts.
- Collaborate with sales team and distributors on special orders.
- Assist Warranty Department with service and parts information.
- Create and build Parts & Service training and manuals.
- Communicate delivery changes to dealers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Develop processes to impact department growth.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Expert knowledge of Morbark product line.
- Proficiency with Excel and Word; JDE preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage conflict and work in a high-paced environment.
