Parts & Service Product Specialist

Morbark LLC located in Winn, Michigan is seeking a Parts & Service Product Specialist for its Sanford, Florida store. This role supports Morbark Dealers and Customers with service and parts orders and issues.

Essential Functions

  • Support Dealers/Customers in solving Parts and Service issues with Morbark equipment.
  • Resolve equipment and order issues.
  • Provide expertise on product features, benefits, and performance.
  • Assist Customer Support Call Center efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales team and distributors on special orders.
  • Assist Warranty Department with service and parts information.
  • Create and build Parts & Service training and manuals.
  • Communicate delivery changes to dealers, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Develop processes to impact department growth.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Expert knowledge of Morbark product line.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word; JDE preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage conflict and work in a high-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership according to Alamo Group's Leadership Core Competencies:

  • Minimum five years sales administration or customer service experience.

Education and Experience

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
