Overview

The Sinyar Graduate Program Electrical Engineer role at Al-Futtaim offers an opportunity to lead a team of supervisors while executing both internal and external electrical activities on various projects under the guidance of a Senior Electrical Engineer.

What You Will Do

  • Project Management: Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to meet project deliverables. Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to plan materials, labour, and equipment use, ensuring timely scope completion.
  • Engineering: Work with drafting teams and procurement departments to submit and approve shop drawings and resolve technical problems. Coordinate with mechanical and other trades to verify equipment loads and secure timely approvals.
  • Quality / Standards: Ensure consistent project delivery by applying internal standards and preparing method statements, closeout documentation, and templates.
  • Health, Safety & Environment: Promote safe work practices, complete Job Safety Assessments, and maintain accurate safety records to achieve zero accidents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must have a degree in Electrical Engineering, experience of 0-3 years (especially within MEP Contracting Companies), and proficiency in project management and planning techniques. Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera is essential.
