Job Description

Program Manager, Community Support at Akraya, Inc.

In this vital role, you will spearhead the development and execution of cross-functional programs within our Community Support organization, focusing on achieving strategic objectives that enhance service delivery for our hosts and guests. Your responsibilities include aligning diverse teams, from Community Support to Engineering and Policy, ensuring seamless project execution from conception through to launch, in line with our vision of building a loyal travel community. This position requires a strategic thinker with a knack for detailed planning, capable of influencing at all levels and driving initiatives to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the program within the broader company initiatives.
  • Drive project vision and purpose, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage cross-functional meetings, driving action plans and delivering results.
  • Develop plans, monitor progress, and effectively communicate issues and recommendations.
  • Evaluate and optimize governance structures, creating new ones as needed, and produce leadership-ready documents.

Must-Have Skills

  • Experience in customer service across various platforms including contact center operations.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills, comfortable working in a global environment.

Industry Experience Required

Experience in contact center or customer service environments, preferably with a technology use-case orientation.
