Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing efficient, functional, and enjoyable digital experiences
  • Working flexibly across multiple product lanes in complex systems
  • Conducting research, usability studies, and prototyping
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and development teams
  • Innovating processes and deliverables to set new standards

Qualifications & Qualities

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Expertise in Figma with deep knowledge of design systems
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing distinct product and service designs
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • The ability to deliver simple and elegant design solutions to complex problems

Hybrid Work & Additional Details

This role is hybrid, requiring you to be on the client’s campus 1-2 days a week with provided lunch and snacks, along with opportunities to visit restaurants for research insights. Compensation is competitive at approximately $3,000 to $3,600 per week for a 40-hour workweek.
