Missions for the Salesforce Business Analyst QA

The Consulting & Solutions service line of Akkodis France is strengthening its teams in the Lyon region and is recruiting a Salesforce Business Analyst QA. By joining Akkodis, you will act as a referent on the test strategy and quality assurance for Salesforce projects, ensuring the coordination of QA teams and the conformity of deliverables to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and write functional specifications for Salesforce testing.
• Define and lead the overall test strategy (manual, automated, performance, security).
• Design, execute, and supervise functional test plans and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track anomalies detected during testing phases, prioritize, and monitor their resolution.
• Collaborate with product, development, and support teams to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Implement quality processes and best practices within the Salesforce development lifecycle.
• Monitor quality indicators, analyze results, and propose continuous improvement plans.

Work Environment

You will evolve within a Salesforce technology context, as part of a multidisciplinary Information Technology team, with strong interaction between business and technical stakeholders. Agile methodology and participation in Scrum ceremonies foster collaboration and adaptability. You will be involved in the management and continuous improvement of testing tools (Jira, TestRail) and quality processes, in a dynamic of sharing and collective skill development.

Candidate Profile

Coming from a higher education background in IT, information systems, or equivalent, you have experience, even if studied, in similar functions within the IT sector. You master the Salesforce platform, the writing of functional specifications and test cases, as well as software testing methodologies (functional, acceptance). You are comfortable with test and anomaly management tools (Jira, TestRail) and possess SQL skills for data verification. Knowledge of agile processes and participation in Scrum ceremonies are appreciated. Your sense of organization, rigor, aptitude for change management and training, as well as your ability to communicate and work in a team are essential for success in this position.
