Akkodis France's Consulting & Solutions service line is expanding its Auvergne Rhône-Alpes teams and is seeking a full-time Salesforce Business Analyst (H/F) in Lyon. This role is for professionals passionate about driving business digital transformation through the Salesforce platform. You will analyze, design, and optimize business processes for high-impact projects within the IT sector.Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and formalize functional requirements for Salesforce.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure proposed solutions are relevant.
- Define and optimize user journeys, processes, and use cases, focusing on value creation.
- Participate in project management: planning, reporting, recommendation writing, and project plan development.
- Contribute to Salesforce solution configuration and setup according to best practices.
- Provide training, support, and functional assistance to end-users.
- Perform functional validation, develop and execute test cases, and manage project communication.

Projects are managed using Agile methodologies with collaborative tools like Jira and Confluence. - Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in business, engineering, or university, with a specialization in customer relations or data marketing.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT sector or on CRM projects.
- Proficiency in the Salesforce platform, particularly Sales Cloud.
- Solid skills in functional analysis, project management (Agile or Waterfall), documentation writing, and communication.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or project management tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
- Ability to work in multicultural teams, rigor, and initiative are expected.
- Professional English proficiency is mandatory.
