Akkodis France's Consulting & Solutions service line is expanding its teams in the Île-de-France region and is recruiting a Ground Linkage Systems Development Engineer (H/F) for a permanent contract in Guyancourt. This role is within the automotive sector, focused on the development and industrialization of innovative mechanical components for ground linkage systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the development of a product or product set.
• Define design choices considering multi-disciplinary constraints and oversee qualification from development to industrialization.
• Frame the technical specifications of the product.
• Guarantee QCDP (Quality, Cost, Deadline, Performance) objectives.
• Provide solutions for technical studies.
• Lead the project as the central point of contact for project participants and industrial suppliers.
• Facilitate interactions with suppliers from the consultation phase through to series production launch.
• Participate in product validation during the industrial phase, negotiating acceptance compromises between internal and external stakeholders.
• Report to the program project manager on all technical and economic impacts within the scope.
• Develop intellectual property around design solutions and conduct market watch to propose innovative and relevant solutions.

Work Environment

You will be part of a team of 25 dedicated to ground linkage parts development. The environment fosters collaboration across disciplines, design, project management, and suppliers, with a methodology focused on mechanical robustness and continuous improvement. Occasional travel to industrial sites, partners, and suppliers is expected for technical monitoring and industrialization support.

Profile

• Engineering degree.
• Beginner in career, eager to invest in the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in the complete lifecycle of mechanical part manufacturing (Design, Industrialization, Tooling).
• Experience in complex mechanical product design.
• Skills in supplier animation and management.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Budget management experience.
• Autonomous, organized, proactive, with leadership and collaborative spirit.
• Fluent in English for international project collaboration.
