Missions

The Consulting & Solutions service line at Akkodis France is expanding its teams in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region and is looking for a Business Analyst Salesforce H/F for a permanent contract in Lyon. This role is for professionals eager to contribute to the digital transformation of companies through the Salesforce platform. You will be involved in the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes for high-impact projects in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and formalize functional requirements related to Salesforce.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure the relevance of proposed solutions.
• Define and optimize user journeys, processes, and use cases, focusing on value creation.
• Participate in project management: planning, reporting, drafting recommendations, and developing project plans.
• Contribute to the configuration and setup of the Salesforce solution according to best practices.
• Provide training, support, and functional assistance to end-users.
• Conduct functional validation, develop and execute test cases, and manage project communication.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement and propose optimizations on Salesforce.

Work Environment

You will work in a dynamic environment within the Salesforce Practice, a Summit Partner for several years, interacting with technical and business stakeholders. Projects are managed using Agile methodologies, with collaborative tools such as Jira and Confluence. The role requires strong adaptability and a commitment to the continuous improvement of CRM solutions.

Candidate Profile

With a Bac+4/5 degree (business school, engineering school, or university) specializing in customer relations or data marketing, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the IT sector or on CRM projects. You are proficient with the Salesforce platform, particularly Sales Cloud, and possess solid skills in functional analysis, project management (Agile or Waterfall), documentation writing, and communication. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or project management tools (Jira, Confluence) would be a plus. The ability to work in a multicultural team, rigor, and initiative are expected.
