About Akeance Consulting

Akeance Consulting is expanding its team! We are an independent consulting firm specializing in operational strategy within the industry and services sectors. We primarily serve French groups across various industries such as manufacturing, transport & logistics, distribution, services, and real estate. Our core business revolves around three types of missions:

• Strategy and Organization: Strategic plans, M&A, process optimization, governance and organizational structure, outsourcing/insourcing, productivity, etc.
• Performance Improvement: Business plans, reporting, cash flow forecasting, cost/selling prices, logistics schemes, etc.
• Transformation Projects: Tool selection (specifications, tender management, solution choice), tool deployment, and transformation steering.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking consultants with a degree from a top business or engineering school (following preparatory classes). Whether experienced or entry-level, candidates should possess rigor, initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. What You Will Learn

You will rapidly develop expertise in our various fields due to the diversity of sectors and mission types. You will learn to be proficient with key consulting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), structure your ideas, facilitate workshops, and manage projects. You will discover Akeance's proprietary methods, developed from our experience of over a thousand missions.

Recruitment Process

Individual interview sessions typically take place on Thursdays from 6 PM to 8 PM at our offices. You will have two one-hour interviews with Akeance team members, including junior consultants, project managers, and partners. Subsequently, you will have a final interview with the President of Akeance, who will address your questions and discuss your remuneration.
