Overview

Do you love creating content for a technical audience? Would you enjoy working on an exciting team and help developers build on the Akamai Cloud? Join our Technical Writing team where you'll write comprehensive, customer-facing documentation for Akamai's products and platforms.

Role Responsibilities

  • Write comprehensive documentation for Akamai Cloud products focused on AI use cases.
  • Develop documentation for using APIs, CLIs, and SDKs for model deployment and inferencing.
  • Create how-to guides covering deployment, configuration, monitoring, and scaling.
  • Develop cloud infrastructure guides including containerization, serverless deployments, and GPU optimization.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and UX Designers.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years experience in Technical Writing or related fields.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with doc-as-code workflows, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML documentation.
  • Understanding of AI workflows including prompting and fine-tuning.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
