About the Role
Akamai Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to work remotely with our Enterprise Security Group. In this role, you will drive innovative security solutions, manage projects with urgency, and lead agile teams to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement process improvements and routines.
- Drive data-driven initiatives by collecting and visualizing data.
- Translate stakeholder business requirements into technical specifications.
- Coach teams in Agile frameworks and guide Scrum ceremonies.
- Facilitate internal communications and cross-team collaboration.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of project management or PMO experience in software.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Structure.
- Proven record in driving organizational change and strategic projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
