Key Responsibilities

  • Create sales opportunities by managing the pre-sales technical process.
  • Demonstrate Akamai's technology through Technical Demos and POCs.
  • Manage technical proposals ensuring accurate customer requirement solutions.
  • Track account activity for business analysis and reporting.
  • Build technical expertise in Cloud Computing to support business growth.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to align technical needs with business solutions. Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers while delivering impactful solutions used by millions worldwide.

What Success Looks Like

  • Experience in a customer-facing, technical pre-sales or post-sale role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of internet protocols and cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Knowledge of online cybersecurity threats and countermeasures.
  • Effective presentation skills to diverse audiences.
  • A team player with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
