Team & Role

Join our dynamic Enterprise Applications team that supports Marketing and Web Content Development by optimizing and automating workflows. Working globally, you will contribute to enterprise application integrations and drive significant cost savings for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end business analysis for enterprise application integrations.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders including Sales, Channels, and Partners.
  • Analyze business challenges and recommend effective solutions.
  • Create clear functional requirements for management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and business teams for timely delivery.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor/Master's Degree.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems implementation, specifically Salesforce.com.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, business processes, and data analysis.
