The Product Operations Team manages the entire product lifecycle. We collaborate with various teams to maintain product data and pricing in Akamai's catalogs, oversee trials via Akamai's Marketplace, and optimize network resources for departing users. Our team is dedicated to operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will partner with technical teams across Akamai, coordinating business needs. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage the operational delivery of Akamai's products, pricing, and de-provisioning functions. You will coordinate all aspects of the product life-cycle and lead the delivery of key cross-organizational strategic programs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data from Akamai Product Catalog and related systems to identify issues or gaps.
- Update and maintain the Product Catalog and Product Pricing, along with their related systems, per the set cadence.
- Address field, customer, and partner inquiries, providing initial resolutions and escalating complex issues to engineering for advanced support.
- Work with the Marketplace and Akamai Sales teams to coordinate trial requests.
- Ensure prompt and secure de-provisioning of churned customer accounts while maintaining accuracy and meeting established objectives effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Own communication, being EXTREMELY proactive and responsive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering (E&CE/ CS/IS/IT) OR BCA/MCA AND MBA with 1 year of experience.
- Experience in support, business analyst, data analytics, or analysis-focused roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
