Role Responsibilities

As an Associate Network Expense Administrator, you will support the Network Expense Contract Management Team in daily operations. You will assist with:

  • Capturing new contracts, order forms, correspondence, and notices through the workflow.
  • Reviewing contracts for proper posting into the database feeding Accounting and Invoicing systems.
  • Logging, tracking, and resolving contractual discrepancies and issues.
  • Collaborating with Vendors, Account Managers, and the Finance department to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintaining operational processes for efficient workflow management.

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 12 months of relevant experience or completed studies in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • A growth mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
