Ajackus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer. This pivotal role is perfect for a professional who excels in designing, developing, and implementing robust solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a deep focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules such as Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Integrate third-party monitoring tools with ServiceNow to enhance ITOM capabilities.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
- Develop technical solutions and implement custom workflows, business rules, and client scripts.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and evaluate requirements for enhancements and integrations.
- Ensure data quality and integrity in the CMDB and across the ITOM suite.
- Monitor and improve platform performance and reliability.
Required Skills for Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer
- Minimum 3.5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a strong focus on ITOM.
- Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript and GlideScript within ServiceNow.
