What The Scale Team Does
- Embedded Finance Platform: Build and maintain multi-tenant infrastructure meeting enterprise-grade SLAs.
- Cross-Domain Product Features: Own features across business, regulatory, and technical domains.
- Solutions Architecture: Design technical integrations that influence multi-million dollar contracts.
Who You’ll Do
- Develop and innovate impactful solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Understand customer needs to implement resonating solutions.
- Measure and optimize product performance.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with Java/Spring Boot.
- Expertise in system/component design with appropriate abstraction.
- Strong communication across stakeholders.
- Pragmatic decision making balancing performance and development velocity.
- Experience in leading multi-team initiatives with measurable impact.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in Fintech, payments, or regulated industries.
- High-scale performance tuning skills.
- Expertise in multi-tenant SaaS and platform architecture.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Familiarity with OAuth2.0, API design, or developer documentation.
- Experience with cross-region deployment and data residency compliance.

Compensation
Compensation Range: SGD 240K - SGD 300K.
