What You'll Do
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Strategists, and Writers to define goals and map user flows.
- Indirectly lead design teams as the de facto creative director of innovative projects.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external leaders with excellent communication.
- Apply research methods to identify technological, business, and user opportunities and constraints.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in product design.
- Excellent UX, visual, and interaction skills.
- Proven ability to define directions, processes, and lead teams.
- Experience in navigating ambiguity and setting vision for global products.
- Strong systems-thinking and ability to design offline experiences.
- Skilled in storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management.
- Background in 0 to 1 product design or major product redesign experience.
