What You'll Do

  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Strategists, and Writers to define goals and map user flows.
  • Indirectly lead design teams as the de facto creative director of innovative projects.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external leaders with excellent communication.
  • Apply research methods to identify technological, business, and user opportunities and constraints.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in product design.
  • Excellent UX, visual, and interaction skills.
  • Proven ability to define directions, processes, and lead teams.
  • Experience in navigating ambiguity and setting vision for global products.
  • Strong systems-thinking and ability to design offline experiences.
  • Skilled in storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Background in 0 to 1 product design or major product redesign experience.
