The Role

As a Staff Product Designer at Airwallex, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and create intuitive, effective user experiences. Your contributions will shape the customer journey and align user needs with Airwallex's innovative product capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Champion design excellence from ideation to validated prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop information architecture and user stories.
  • Transform wireframes into high-fidelity interfaces.
  • Conduct user behavior interviews and analyze data to maintain design integrity.
  • Contribute insights in strategic planning and internal meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in product design or related field.
  • Strong online portfolio showcasing exceptional product thinking.
  • 5+ years of experience in product design.
  • Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Abstract.
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools such as InVision, Principle, or Framer.
  • Experience in user research and translating insights into actionable product features.
