What You’ll Do

As the Associate Consumer Fraud Risk Operations at Airwallex, you will independently optimize real time risk engine initiatives to improve merchant transaction success and reduce risk. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support new product launches, and provide feedback on risk models and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize risk engine rules based on fraud and dispute patterns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor and enhance risk engine performance.
  • Provide risk support during merchant product launches and sale events.
  • Work with merchants on fraud and chargeback solutions and guide risk improvement plans.
  • Present real time risk solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

Who You Are

You have 3-5 years of experience in fraud risk within the payment industry, a strong data mindset using SQL (Python preferred), and excellent analytical and project management skills. Independent work, effective communication, and the ability to identify non-obvious patterns are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in Mandarin.
  • Willingness to support merchant sale events.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $96K - $150K
