We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead industrialization and automation projects in the automotive sector from our Manresa center. You will be responsible for directing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring financial control, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate technical teams and service advisors, fostering a proactive and productive environment.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Manage and optimize cash flow and control costs according to project budgets.
- Monitor project KPIs: milestones, intermediate deliveries, deadlines, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify improvements in deadlines and costs, and detect opportunities for project expansion to increase revenue.
- Supervise purchasing operations to detect delays and bottlenecks and optimize the supply chain.
- Supervise mechanical design stages, customer approvals, and issuance of PR/PO, ensuring traceability and compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering (automation, mechanical, electronic, or electrical) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in industrialization/automation project management in the automotive sector.
- Practical knowledge of industrial processes and solid knowledge of quality management systems and automotive sector regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, planning, organization, and decision-making skills.
- High level of Spanish and good level of English. Catalan is a plus.
- Availability for national and international travel.
