Role Overview
Join Airtable’s Marketing web team as a Web Developer. You will lead the development and maintenance of our web application, ensuring high-quality, performant, and visually stunning experiences that align with our brand and business goals.
What You Will Do
- Oversee development and maintenance of the Airtable marketing web application
- Lead and mentor the web development team with technical standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align web solutions with business needs
- Drive initiatives like solutions page refresh, SEO improvements, and brand refresh
- Migrate website infrastructure and optimize performance and scalability
- Implement a robust CMS and support faster development cycles
- Utilize SEO tools to improve site visibility and performance
Who You Are
- 5+ years of web development experience with a strong portfolio
- Expertise in React, Typescript, and Next.js
- Experienced with CMS platforms, especially Contentful
- Skilled in web performance optimization and SEO best practices
- Proficient with web hosting platforms like Netlify or Heroku
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design
- Proven mentor and communicator within cross-functional teams
Additional Information
Airtable values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer. For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the salary range is $160,000 - $226,600 USD. Benefits include restricted stock units, incentive compensation, and more.
