Role Overview

The Technical Account Manager East Coast will act as a trusted technical advisor for our Premium Support customers. In this post-sales role, you will guide solution design, provide ongoing technical expertise, and ensure that customers maximize the value of Airtable across their workflows.

What You Will Do

  • Manage 4-5 Premium Support accounts as the primary technical advisor.
  • Conduct health checks and technical reviews for optimal platform usage.
  • Lead and resolve technical escalations ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers on new product features including AI and advanced automations.
  • Channel technical feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Build Premium Support playbooks and best practices for scalable success.
  • Drive adoption of AI features and measure impact on customer workflows.
  • Monitor and report on customer retention, CSAT scores, and escalation resolution.

Who You Are

  • 3-6 years experience in technical account management or similar roles.
  • Experience with enterprise customers and data-driven platforms.
  • Hands-on Airtable building experience with advanced automations.
  • Strong skills in data modeling, solution design, and systems thinking.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting.
  • Excellent communication abilities with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Consultative, problem-solving approach and passion for customer success.
  • Experience with guiding and implementing AI workflows.
  • Ability to architect robust solutions that drive business outcomes.
