Role Overview
Join Airtable as a Strategic Finance Analyst and shape the future of our Enterprise business. You will drive topline forecasting, planning, and analysis for a high-growth SaaS company by partnering with GTM, RevOps, and Finance leaders.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain bottoms-up revenue forecasting models for Enterprise bookings, churn, and expansion.
- Develop monthly and quarterly reporting packages with clear variance analysis for GTM leadership and Finance.
- Support the annual planning cycle by owning revenue-related inputs and scenario modeling for Enterprise GTM.
- Partner with RevOps and Sales Strategy to ensure bookings, pipeline, and headcount assumptions align with forecasts.
- Contribute analyses for executive and board-level reviews, emphasizing topline performance.
- Produce dashboards and automated analytics for real-time visibility into key Enterprise metrics.
- Document and improve repeatable processes that scale beyond a single person.
Who You Are
- 2–3 years’ experience in investment banking (TMT or SaaS coverage preferred).
- Exposure to SaaS business models and enterprise sales dynamics.
- Advanced financial modeling skills including driver-based revenue models and scenario planning.
- Strong grasp of SaaS metrics (ARR, bookings, churn, CAC, NDR/NRR).
- Proven analytical rigor and ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior and non-finance stakeholders.
- Comfortable in ambiguous, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
- Experience with Salesforce, Pigment, or Looker, and SQL/BI tool skills.
- Background in FP&A or Strategic Finance at a SaaS company.
- Prior exposure to GTM forecasting or pipeline analytics.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this role varies based on location, skills, and experience. Total compensation includes benefits, restricted stock units, and potential incentive compensation. For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range is $136,000 - $177,000 USD, and for all other locations (including remote), it is $122,000 - $160,000 USD.
