Role Overview

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager Builders will drive activation and adoption of Airtable by owning the post-signup journey for builders, turning initial curiosity into lasting engagement and generating sales-ready opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Own the Builder Journey by designing engaging webinars and scalable campaigns.
  • Partner with Lifecycle and Marketing Operations teams for evergreen and triggered campaigns.
  • Innovate with marketing tools and automation to deepen builder engagement.
  • Design and test data-driven A/B experiments to boost activation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Community.
  • Track performance, uncover insights, and double down on growth-driving strategies.

Who you are

  • 6–8+ years in lifecycle, growth, or demand generation marketing.
  • Skilled at activation and adoption marketing in a SaaS/PLG environment.
  • Experienced in running growth experiments and analyzing funnel metrics.
  • An analytical storyteller with strong content and campaign creation skills.
  • Highly collaborative and able to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
