You’ll work at the intersection of technology and customer success, supporting technical integrations, migrations, and advanced AI deployments. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with top-tier clients, enable partners, and shape the future of how organizations use Airtable to drive business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver technical components of post-sales services engagements, including integrations, competitor migrations, custom interfaces, and SSO/SCIM implementations
  • Support complex AI deployments and leverage AI tools to accelerate project delivery
  • Enable internal and partner teams on technical concepts, features, and best practices
  • Collaborate with sales and solution architects in pre-sales conversations to secure technical wins with key accounts
  • Drive customer business outcomes, balancing utilization, project delivery efficiency, and striving for strong CSAT results
  • Work as part of project delivery teams and co-deliver with partner teams for enterprise customers

Who You Are

  • Experienced in post-sales SaaS implementation or customer success, ideally with enterprise customers
  • Skilled in web development (React), scripting (Python, JavaScript, etc.), and/or SSO/SCIM implementation
  • Familiar with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) or eager to learn and apply new technologies
  • Strong consultative and customer-facing skills, with a track record of delivering successful technical projects
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills independently and a curiosity to explore emerging technologies
  • Collaborative team player with experience in project delivery or partner co-delivery environments

Compensation

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience. Our total compensation package also includes the opportunity to receive benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation. For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York, the on-target earnings range for this role is: $170,000 - $221,500 USD

For all other work locations (including remote), the on-target earnings range for this role is: $153,000 - $199,800 USD
