Role Summary
The Web Marketing team manages Airtable’s public web presence, including the homepage, product pages, and campaign experiences. As the Engineering Manager Web Marketing, you will lead the technical direction and execution of Airtable.com to ensure it remains fast, reliable, accessible, and adaptable to change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of engineers in the US and offshore.
- Drive technical decisions with engineering peers.
- Nurture and mentor engineers at all career stages.
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams on strategy.
- Implement scalable processes while maintaining agility.
Who You Are
- 5+ years as an engineer with experience as staff/tech lead.
- At least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong in modern front-end development (TypeScript, React, Next.js).
- Experience with CMS environments, SEO, and marketing tech stacks.
- Proven track record leading high-performing engineering teams.
Work Arrangement
This role follows a hybrid working model. Candidates should be based in San Francisco and available in-office 2-3 times a week.
