About the Role
The Senior Reporting and Performance Analyst leads the development and implementation of the EPMO Reporting and Performance Framework while managing communication channels through SharePoint and Teams. This role translates complex data into meaningful insights using Power BI and Excel. You will mentor and lead a team of analysts and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Custodianship of the EPMO Communications Plan and Reporting Framework
- Lead data quality assurance and performance analysis functions
- Deliver engaging and insightful reports and dashboards
- Provide training and induction on reporting tools and frameworks
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose reporting
About You
We are looking for a people-focused leader with PMO experience and a passion for turning complex data into clear insights. Relevant qualifications, professional accreditation and advanced skills in Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and SharePoint are essential.
