Our products and solutions help major airports, airlines, and ground handlers worldwide solve the hardest operational problems, improve efficiency, and develop the value of their services. We are looking for someone passionate and eager to maximise the value of our products and impact the way aviation works - we want a Product Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the product lifecycle—from the first spark of innovation to a fully realized roadmap that powers efficient airport operations. We’re looking for a product leader who can balance long-term strategic goals with the immediate needs of ground handlers, airlines, and airport operations managers. - Income: 2500 - 3950 GBP gross/month, depending on role fit and experience level

Responsibilities
- Develop and own the vision, strategy, product roadmap, and critical metrics for the product
- Understand client needs. Develop product specifications and business requirements ready for implementation
- Build consensus on prioritisation to drive product execution
- Work closely with product designers and engineers to develop the most valuable features and ship them on time
- Collaborate with various roles and teams inside the company to develop collateral such as product descriptions, presentations, customer support materials, and marketing materials
- Understand our competitive landscape and think strategically about what our product offering looks like
- Active collaborator within the product management community via knowledge sharing and development of practices
- Be the person ultimately responsible for the long-term success of the product
Qualifications & skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Romanian
- 3+ years of proven success in a management-level role within the IT or Aviation sector. You bring a track record of leading high-performing teams and taking full ownership of complex software initiatives from conception to delivery
- Highly capable of navigating complex technology landscapes and enterprise architectures. You understand how backend systems, APIs, and data structures interact to support scalable SaaS solutions, allowing you to make informed strategic trade-offs without needing to be a code-level specialist
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Continuous learning and curiosity as guiding principles
- Able to dive in and learn a new domain area and confidently develop it
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives by influencing stakeholders, identifying future system dependencies, and championing solutions that provide long-term operational value
- Skilled in agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, and team leadership
- Skilled in resolving cross-functional conflicts and navigating product development lifecycle through analytical thinking and collaborative negotiation. Dedicated to achieving measurable business results through team-wide accountability
